PT Standards: Females 45-49

The below information on the Female PRT Standards Age 45-49 are taken from Guide-5 of the 2020 Navy Physical Readiness program.

The highest score a Female age 45-49 can earn requires 40 pushups, 3:100 plank, a 10:58 1.5 mile run, or cardio alternative of 8:15 500yd swim or 8:30 min for the 2 km row.

The minimum scores a Female 45-49 can earn and still pass the PRT require 7 pushups, 1:00 min plank, 17:08 1.5 mile run or cardio alternative of 11:00 2 km row or 15:00 500 yd swim.
