PT Standards: Females 40-44

The below information on the Female PRT Standards Age 40-44 are taken from Guide-5 of the 2020 Navy Physical Readiness program.

The highest score a Female age 40-44 can earn requires 41 pushups, 3:15 plank, a 10:56 1.5 mile run, or cardio alternative of 8:00 500yd swim or 8:25 min for the 2 km row.

The minimum scores a Female 40-44 can earn and still pass the PRT require 9 pushups, 1:05 min plank, 17:00 1.5 mile run or cardio alternative of 10:55 2 km row or 14:45 500 yd swim.
