PT Standards: Females 25-29

The below information on the Female PRT Standards Age 25-29 are taken from Guide-5 of the 2020 Navy Physical Readiness program.

The highest score a female age 25-29 can earn requires 46 pushups, 3:30 plank, a 10:17 1.5 mile run, or cardio alternative of 7:23 500yd swim or 8:10 min for the 2 km row.

The minimum scores a female age 25-29 can earn and still pass the PRT require 15 pushups, 1:20 second plank, 15:45 1.5 mile run or cardio alternative of 10:40 2 km row or 13:30 500 yd swim.
