The highest score a female age 20-24 can earn requires 48 pushups, 3:35 plank, a 9:47 1.5 mile run, or cardio alternative of 7:15 500yd swim or 8:05 min for the 2 km row.
The minimum scores a female 20-24 can earn and still pass the PRT require 20 pushups, 1:45 min plank, 15:00 1.5 mile run or cardio alternative of 10:25 2 km row or 13:45 500 yd swim.
