PT Standards: Males 45-49

The below information on the Male PRT Standards Age 45-49 are taken from Guide-5 of the 2020 Navy Physical Readiness program.

The highest score a Male age 17-19 can earn requires 68 pushups, 3:10 plank, a 9:33 1.5 mile run, or cardio alternative of 7:08 500yd swim or 7:30 for the 2 km row.

The minimum scores a male 17-19 can earn and still pass the PRT require 25 pushups, 1:00 plank, 15:45 1.5 mile run or cardio alternative of 9:50 2 km row or 12:53 500 yd swim.
