PT Standards: Males 30-34

The below information on the Male PRT Standards Age 30-34 are taken from Guide-5 of the 2020 Navy Physical Readiness program.

The highest score a Male age 30-34 can earn requires 92 pushups, 3:25 plank, a 9:20 1.5 mile run, or cardio alternative of 6:45 500yd swim or 7:15 min for the 2 km row.

The minimum scores a male 30-34 can earn and still pass the PRT require 35 pushups, 1:15 plank, 14:15 1.5 mile run or cardio alternative of 9:25 2 km row or 12:30 500 yd swim.
