PT Standards: Males 25-29

The below information on the Male PRT Standards Age 25-29 are taken from Guide-5 of the 2020 Navy Physical Readiness program.

The highest score a Male age 25-29 can earn requires 84 pushups, 3:30 plank, a 8:55 1.5 mile run, or cardio alternative of 6:38 500yd swim or 7:10 min for the 2 km row.

The minimum scores a male 25-29 can earn and still pass the PRT require 38 pushups, 1:20 plank, 13:45 1.5 mile run or cardio alternative of 9:20 2 km row or 12:23 500 yd swim.
