PT Standard Female 65+

The below information on the Female PRT Standards Age 65+ are taken from Guide-5 of the 2020 Navy Physical Readiness program.

The highest score a Female age 65+ can earn requires 22 pushups, 2:50 plank, a 14:45 1.5 mile run, or cardio alternative of 9:15 500yd swim or 8:50 min for the 2 km row.

The minimum scores a Female 65+ can earn and still pass the PRT require 2 pushups, 40 sec plank, 20:31 1.5 mile run or cardio alternative of 11:20 2 km row or 16:00 500 yd swim.
