PT Standard Female 60-64

The below information on the Female PRT Standards Age 60-64 are taken from Guide-5 of the 2020 Navy Physical Readiness program.

The highest score a Female age 60-64 can earn requires 26 pushups, 2:55 plank, a 13:34 1.5 mile run, or cardio alternative of 9:00 500yd swim or 8:45 min for the 2 km row.

The minimum scores a Female 60-64 can earn and still pass the PRT require 3 pushups, 45 sec plank, 19:25 1.5 mile run or cardio alternative of 11:15 2 km row or 15:45 500 yd swim.
