PT Standard Female 55-59

The below information on the Female PRT Standards Age 55-59 are taken from Guide-5 of the 2020 Navy Physical Readiness program.

The highest score a Female age 55-59 can earn requires 30 pushups, 3:00 plank, a 12:23 1.5 mile run, or cardio alternative of 8:45 500yd swim or 8:40 min for the 2 km row.

The minimum scores a Female 55-59 can earn and still pass the PRT require 3 pushups, 50 sec plank, 18:18 1.5 mile run or cardio alternative of 11:10 2 km row or 15:30 500 yd swim.
