PT Standard Female 50-54

The highest score a Female age 50-54 can earn requires 38 pushups, 3:05 plank, a 11:00 1.5 mile run, or cardio alternative of 8:30 500yd swim or 8:35 min for the 2 km row.

The minimum scores a Female 50-54 can earn and still pass the PRT require 5 pushups, 55 second plank, 17:15 1.5 mile run or cardio alternative of 11:05 2 km row or 15:15 500 yd swim.
